Rachel brings over a decade of experience in wellbeing, behaviour change and research. She has worked directly with individuals and communities to understand their experiences, motivations and barriers, and with organisations to turn those insights into programmes that genuinely support people.

Her approach combines behavioural science, coaching and nutrition, with a steady focus on what is realistic and sustainable in everyday life.
