Work With Me
I offer behavioural science-informed coaching to support meaningful, sustainable change in health, wellbeing and daily habits. My approach combines evidence-based methods with practical, personalised support, guiding clients towards empowerment, self-regulation and personal growth. I provide a safe, inclusive, non-judgemental space where clients are truly heard and can explore practical solutions to their challenges.
I hold an MSc in Psychology, am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPSs). I hold additional qualifications in nutrition and health and wellness coaching, and am a certified member of the UK and International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), the International Stress Management Association (ISMA), and the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).
My work is grounded in behavioural science and focuses on understanding the drivers of behaviour, including habits, motivation, and environment. Together we identify what is maintaining current patterns and develop practical strategies to support lasting change.
In addition to my work in behavioural change, I'm also an advocate for digital wellbeing and online safety, and actively research Human-AI interaction and the cognitive, social and ethical challenges of living in a digitally-mediated world. I am fascinated by the possibility of digital minds and what conscious AI, or human attributions of consciousness might mean for society, ethics and human cognition. I have conducted pilot research on smartphone addiction and founded Smartphone Balance, along with writing on the subtle effects of digital environments on attention, decision-making, and autonomy in my Substack The AI Effect.
