Rachel is a compassionate and experienced behavioural change coach  and mentor. Specialised in reframing and mindset shifts, empowerment, and guiding clients towards confidence and self-determination to create lasting change.

Rachel provides clients with a safe, non-judgemental space where they are truly heard, and can explore practical solutions that support self-discovery and growth. 

Rachel is a member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPSs) with MSc in Psychology. She is a certified member of the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), The International Stress Management Association (ISMA) and the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).

Rachel has the upmost respect for her clients, with empathy, inclusivity and discretion at the core of her work. She follows the BPS code of ethics and all client sessions are confidential.

​Rachel is an advocate for digital wellbeing and the safe, responsible use of online spaces. She is a Behavioural Science Researcher with advanced work investigating smartphone addiction and impacts of digital technology on human health and connection.
