Service Description

This is a 12 Week transformation program is for anyone ready to invest in themselves to take the steps needed to make a full lifestyle transformation. The coaching program is open for those who don't know where to begin, may wish to address multiple goals to create lasting, meaningful change. What is included: 1 x 90 Minute 1:1 Initial coaching session with Rachel to deep dive into your current habits, challenges, goals, and priorities. Further 11 x 50 Minute 1:1 coaching sessions with Rachel to set clear actionable objectives tailored to your unique needs and vision of success, including, email support and check ins between sessions along with educational resources, worksheets, or information to deepen your understanding of key topics. 1 Free follow up 'accountability phone call' post program and ongoing email support.* Coaching sessions: Everyone's reason for seeking a coach is different. Rachel invests time getting to know you and tailors each session to serve you best. Clarity and goal alignment, understanding where you are now, where you want to be and when. Identifying specific, actionable and meaningful goals based on your priorities and aspirations. Uncovering any obstacles or limiting beliefs that are standing in your way. Designing a roadmap for the 12 weeks, with milestones and success indicators. Overcoming mental barriers, such as negative self-talk, confidence, self-esteem and developing resilience. Tools and strategies for overcoming self-doubt, procrastination and limiting beliefs. Developing strategies for stress reduction and time management. Creating a sustainable plan to prioritise yourself without guilt. Strengthening meaningful relationships and setting healthy boundaries. Long-Term strategies and preparing for life after the program with tools to maintain momentum and accountability. (optional) Free consultation in gut health and nutrient-dense eating habits for weight loss, weight management or to improve overall wellbeing (£65 value), including nutritional plan and healthy eating practices. Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: TRANSFORM coaching 12 Week Program. Once you begin the program, you (“client”) acknowledge and agree that payment will be charged in full whether the coaching session takes place or not, unless notice of cancellation is given within the required 24hr notice period (in clients local time zone), in which the session will be rearranged. Refunds or rescheduled sessions will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, to be determined at the Coach's discretion. Confidentiality: Sessions are on a 1:1 basis within a confidential setting and lasting 50 minutes unless stated otherwise. Date and location of coaching sessions will be determined by coach and client(s) based on a mutually agreed upon time. Please note * *Purchase of the 12 Week TRANSFORM Coaching Program may be split into two payments. Once you begin a program however, refunds will not be offered unless as stated above. Full terms and conditions are provided upon contracting. *Email and Messaging ongoing support are to be delivered within business working hours 9am-5pm. Any correspondence outside of these hours will be responded to the next business day. *Ongoing support post program is limited to 3 months.

Rachel Tinker is not a medical doctor or medical practitioner and she is not holding herself to be in any capacity. She will not diagnose or claim to cure any condition. Rachel Tinker takes a holistic approach to wellbeing and is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPSs) and full member of the UK and International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA). She adheres to the BPS and UKIHCA Code of Ethics. Rachel Tinker has an MSc in Psychology from the University of Northumbria and is engaged in behavioural research. She holds a Diet Specialist Nutritional Level 5 Advanced Diploma and qualifications in Health and Wellness Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Coaching Psychology with the Centre for Coaching. She holds CPD in sports and health nutrition. Rachel Tinker offers coaching for wellbeing support, including behavioural interventions, coaching, nutritional consultation, support, advice and educational information. It is the sole responsibility of the client to make an informed choice on whether to follow the advice. All clients are required to complete and sign an onboarding contract and from the signing of this contract and by attending an appointment of their own will, they have consented to treatment. Rachel Tinker recognises and exercises professional judgement within the limit of her qualifications and scope of practice and communications remain strictly confidential unless disclosure is required or permitted by UK law.
