What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?
Therapy offers individuals a space to explore psychological or past issues that promote healing.
Coaching is designed to focus on the present and the future, offering a solution focused approach, developing strategies and plans to help you achieve your desired outcome with a focus on improving wellbeing.
How many coaching sessions will I need?
Everyone's path is different and your personal goals and readiness to implement change can all effect the length of coaching. If you have already begun some self-reflection and feel ready to get started on making changes then my 6 week programme may be suitable.
If you find change challenging or have more than one goal you would like to focus on then my 12 week programme is perfect for you.
